The owners of this new custom waterfront home to be built this year are looking forward to enjoying beautiful expansive views of the Ottawa River to the east and south from their secluded property on the Ottawa River. The design of this home takes full advantage of the sunrises with the extensive use of windows, and will also capture the sunsets at some times of the year.
Though it is a large home, the interior spaces have been designed to be cozy and comfortable. In addition to the open-concept great room, dining and kitchen area, the main level has a quiet den facing the lake and a spacious, practical mudroom and separate laundry room. The main bedroom suite is on the ground level. Two additional bedrooms with walk-in closets and bathrooms are located on the second floor along with a private guest suite complete with great room, bedroom, 3-piece bath and walk-in closet. The interior finishes will add a special touch with ceiling treatments and quality details for a visually appealing look and feel.
