Project description
This proposed design for Loyalist Township envisions a new modern and efficient administration office for one of their public works facilities. Key areas include:
- Covered Entry: Protected outdoor area providing shelter and easy access.
- Foyer and Waiting Area: A bright, welcoming entry with space for deliveries, sample collection, a counter for paperwork, boot station, and bench.
- Offices: Eight offices, including spaces for lead hands, supervisors, manager, compliance officer, and a spare office, each with natural light and operable windows.
- Meeting Room/Library Space: A multifunctional area with seating for 10-12 people, equipped with a beverage fridge, AV and network connections, bookshelves, and whiteboards.
- Lunch Room: A kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, and counter space and room to seat 10-12 staff members.
- Server Room/IT: A space dedicated to IT infrastructure and printing.
- Washrooms: One fully accessible universal washroom and one smaller powder room.
- Mechanical Room: Secure space for the HVAC, hot water system, and water softener.
The design will create a functional and efficient space for municipal operations.
