Project description
A new waterfront home designed by our firm is under construction on the Ottawa River. These images show the options for exterior colours and materials, a service we offer clients as part of our comprehensive design process. Our design process takes our clients from an in-depth exploration of their needs, wants and style preferences through a total of four phases to the detailed drawings and documents needed for the permit application and construction.
The waterfront home design takes full advantage of the view with expansive windows towards the river, bringing in ample light to the open-concept great room, dining room and kitchen area, the den, and principal bedroom suite. A spacious screened room and mud/laundry room round out the main floor level. The basement level offers a spacious rec room, two large bedrooms, a craft room, and plentiful storage.
