Project description
Located at 1036 Pembroke St. E. in Pembroke, this new 3-unit development features a drive-through restaurant tenant, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, along with two additional retail units (1,155 and 1,279 sq ft). Generous use of glass creates bright interior spaces and the overall design is clean and modern. Our team maximized the building envelope for the available area on the property while allowing for a drive-through. There is variation in the facade, exterior finishing materials, and parapet heights to create visual interest. The use of neutral colours and shapes means the plaza will be suitable for any tenant’s branding.
