Model Two – The Clearspring
Project description
The Clearspring is the second Modern Craftsman model designed by Bell+Associates Architecture for @SunterHomes — blending timeless charm with modern functionality. A welcoming front porch offers a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with an evening chat.
Inside, the open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, great room, and dining area, creating a bright and flexible space perfect for both everyday living and family gatherings. A back deck just off the kitchen extends your living area outdoors.
The main floor features a well-appointed primary suite with a private ensuite, walk-in closet, and convenient access to the laundry room. Two additional bedrooms on the main floor are ideal for family or guests, complemented by a full bathroom that serves both rooms and doubles as a guest powder room.
A mudroom entry from the two-car garage keeps everyday messes contained, while optional basement stairs offer added flexibility.
